The same faces
We assign a fixed crew to your site and keep them there. A cleaner who knows which meeting room is used on Tuesdays and which drawer holds the spare liners will always outperform a rotating pool, however well trained.

About
Yuki & White has been cleaning commercial premises across Singapore since 1999. Somewhere along the way our clients started asking us to look after their plants and flowers too — so we built a second division and did that properly as well.
Our story
We began in 1999 as a contract cleaning company serving offices in and around Singapore's central business district. The model was simple and it hasn't changed: put a reliable, well-trained person into an office, keep them there, and let the relationship do the selling.
Over two decades that produced something unusual for this industry — cleaners who have been on the same site for five, eight, ten years, known by name to everyone on the floor. Our clients renew because of those people, not because of a marketing campaign.
The second division grew out of the first. Office managers who trusted us with the cleaning started asking whether we could water the plants, then whether we could supply the plants, then whether we could handle the reception flowers and the opening stand for the new branch. Rather than subcontract, we built the capability: a horticulture crew, our own plant stock, and a florist studio with real florists in it.
Today those two divisions run side by side. Many clients take both and get one supervisor, one schedule and one invoice. Plenty take just one. Either is fine by us.
How we work
Nothing here is revolutionary. It's simply what a facilities contractor should do, done consistently for twenty-five years.
We assign a fixed crew to your site and keep them there. A cleaner who knows which meeting room is used on Tuesdays and which drawer holds the spare liners will always outperform a rotating pool, however well trained.
Every contract comes with a scope of work listing each task against a frequency, and a fixed monthly figure. You should never be surprised by an invoice or told that something you assumed was included isn't.
A named supervisor per site, reachable directly. Not a ticketing system, not a general hotline. If something is wrong, one message should be enough to have it corrected on the next visit.
Our people are trained, properly equipped and treated well, because a contractor's service quality never rises above how it treats the person holding the mop. Long tenure on our sites is the evidence.
Our people
Cleaning supervisors, horticulturists and florists — all in-house, all on our own payroll.

Client feedback
Almost every note we receive names a specific person. That tells us more than any score would.

Where to find us
Our office sits at 100 Peck Seah Street, minutes from most of the buildings we service in the CBD — which is how we can get a supervisor to a site the same morning when something needs looking at.
We take work across Singapore: the central business district, Orchard, Novena, Paya Lebar, one-north, the business parks and the industrial estates.
A site survey costs nothing and takes about twenty minutes. You'll leave with a written scope and a fixed monthly price — and no one will chase you afterwards.
