Yuki & White has obtained bizSAFE Level 3 — our workplace safety and health risk management practices have been implemented and independently audited under the WSH Council's bizSAFE programme.
Our cleaners are trained under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework — the national skills credentialing system for the environmental services industry.
What we do
Most offices juggle a cleaning contractor, a plant supplier and a florist. We are all three — which means one schedule, one supervisor and one number to call when something needs fixing.

Indoor plant rental, terrace landscaping and a working florist studio — supplying reception counters, boardrooms and corporate occasions across Singapore.

Division 01 — Cleaning
From a nightly contract for a 40-seat floor to a one-off handover clean after your fit-out — priced per site, never off a generic rate card.
Recurring contract cleaning on a daily, thrice-weekly, twice-weekly or weekly schedule, run before opening or after close so your team never works around a mop.
Hot-water extraction that lifts soil and neutralises odour from deep in the pile — booked over a weekend so the carpet is dry before Monday.
Fine construction dust, paint spatter, adhesive residue and protective film removed floor to ceiling, so the space is ready for handover or first day of occupancy.
Whole-floor fogging and high-touch surface disinfection — for scheduled hygiene programmes or a rapid response after a case in the office.
The two rooms your staff judge the whole office by. Scrubbed, restocked and checked on every visit, with consumables supply if you'd rather not manage it.
Machine scrubbing, buffing and spot treatment for vinyl, tile and stone, plus internal glass, partitions and accessible window interiors.
Division 02 — Landscape & flowers
We rent, install and maintain the greenery in Singapore offices — and run our own florist studio for the arrangements that sit on your reception counter every week.
How we start
No call centre, no rate card guesswork. We look at your floor before we quote a price.
We walk the floor with you — square footage, carpet versus hard floor, washroom count, pantry load, access hours and building rules.
You get a written scope of work with frequencies against every task, a fixed monthly figure, and any periodic work priced separately.
Your crew is assigned, briefed on site and introduced to your office manager. A named supervisor stays your point of contact.

Our base is in Tanjong Pagar, a few minutes from most of the buildings we service, and we cover commercial premises island-wide. If your building isn't listed, ask — we very likely already service the street.
Questions
By site, not by a published hourly rate. The variables are floor area, floor finish, washroom and pantry count, headcount, frequency and the hours we're allowed access. After the site survey you receive a fixed monthly figure with the scope of work attached, so nothing turns into a surprise line item later.
Yes. Most of our contracts run early morning before staff arrive or in the evening after close, and we work with your building's after-hours access and security registration. Daytime shifts are also available where a floor needs a cleaner on standby through the working day.
We bring all machines, tools and cleaning chemicals. Washroom and pantry consumables — hand soap, tissue, paper towels, bin liners — can be supplied by us on a monthly basis or bought by you and simply replenished by our crew. Whichever you prefer is stated in the contract.
We send a briefed replacement. Your supervisor knows the site, so cover is arranged without you needing to re-explain the routine. Long absences are flagged to you in advance rather than discovered on the day.
Yes — the two divisions are sold separately and plenty of clients use only one. That said, when you take both, watering and plant wipe-down folds into the cleaning visit, and you get a single invoice.
We replace it at no charge. That is the point of renting rather than buying: the risk of a plant not thriving in your light and air-conditioning sits with us, not with your office manager.
For a standard office contract, typically within one to two weeks of a signed quotation — sooner if a site is urgent. One-off work such as post-renovation cleaning or carpet shampooing can often be scheduled for the coming weekend.
